We liked the location close to our hiking destination (Garden of the Gods). Hotel was as expected. No bells and whistles, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and affordable and the staff were friendly. The spa tub was perfect and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was decent and there was some variety.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL about this hotel! The hotel staff was amazing they had anything that we needed, "A Big Shout-Out to Lacey and Corina", they made our stay the best we've ever had! The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable! The maid service was excellent, the rooms were always fresh and clean when we returned from our day trips! The room we stayed in faced the wooded area with a stream running through it and we saw deers and black squirrels! It was wonderful! There was a hot breakfast every morning with plenty of coffee to wake you up, they even had fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day! We stayed 4 days and the hotel is centrally located so all of our day trips were amazing! It is late April but the spring had just started and everything was in full bloom! GEORGEOUS! If you make a trip to Manitou Springs Colorado we Highly Recommend staying at this Hotel!

The location was outstanding. We came for the incline and all Manitou Springs had to offer and it was right in the middle of it all. Parking was free and convenient. There was free hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

Absolutely loved the nice woman who checked us in she was quick to accommodate and the hotel looked and smelled absolutely amazing ! The pool and Jacuzzi were clean extra towels and a shower off area in the indoor pool. The room was clean they had shampoo etc in room . My kids had a blast and they provided an extra crib! Vending machines and full on hot bfast available, will definitely stay again!

The pool was out and before paying and checking in to the hotel the lady didn't say anything the bed sheets didn't fit the bed which was hard as a rock and breakfast wasn't the best
